I’ve spent decades of my life learning how to break free from addictive behavior patterns that once controlled my life. Starting in my teens and continuing well into my forties, I struggled with addictive behavior and how to regulate my nervous system in a healthy way. I made plenty of mistakes along the way, but I kept moving forward.

Through it all, I found my path back to myself — not by following someone else’s formula, but by learning to look inward, face what was really going on, and choose differently. That journey taught me a powerful truth: the answers we’re seeking are usually already inside us.

Today I help others do the same. Through transformational coaching, psychedelic preparation and integration, and creative practices, I guide people back to their authentic selves. I don’t give advice or tell you who to be. I help you uncover the version of you that’s been waiting to come forward.
